For Malaysian only, If i receive a Notice about PTPTN loan payment NOTICE to be paid within 14 days.?

But I haven't paid the loan within that PTPTN. It stated there that my name will be BLACKLISTED. but up until today, when i check on the ptptn website that my name is still not BLACKLISTED. Now i'm in a dilemma whether to go on OVERSEA or not.. Can anyone suggest something...?? TQ..
