What happens if you take 2 vicodin pills and 2 penycillin VK(antibiotic) every 15 hours?

I am taking these pills to relieve a toothache completly, just before I travel to Kuwait in 2 weeks and then in a couple of days in kuwait im heading to a denist...and I'm not even on an ovedose...im even taking less than what is prescribed for me....it says take 1 evr 4-6 hours...im taking 1 from each of the prescription every 15 hours...to avoid unexpected side effects..diarrea , nausea...they really relieve the most horrible toothache...and I will stop using in 2 weeks and 3-4 days..becase im going to a dentist.please be honest in your answers thank you...Am I going to have a toxicated liver or slight kidney failure im very worred
