there were a lot of bull thrown around by him. A lot of speeches he made to make himself look good. President Eisenhower, Nick name, Ike Told the GOP never to Elect Nixon President. They did not Liston. Ike was the General Who Ran World War to in the military. He was the commanding General Of the Army. Before the invasion of Normandy Beach in France Ike visited the Soldiers he was sending onto the beach. He knew most would die. They knew this too. They also respected Ike very much for his Leadership. Ike many times in his presidency expressed his gratitude to these soldiers, Ike also st rated the super high way system we have built in this country.For brains he beat Nixon hands down. I always felt sorry for Nixon's family that they had to put up with him
