it is not true. it's not a virus either. if you give your contact details people will contact you and tell you that for some stupid reason they can't give you money without you paying a bill first. so they say. we l give you a million dollars if you give us 100.000 to pay taxes. and you never get your million... it's been done before. just google it and you'll see
