Why is Ozymandias an Italian Sonnet?

my english teacher gave an ignment asking why Ozymandias, by Percy Bysshe Shelley, is an Italian sonnet and we have to give 2 reasons, other than using the rhyme scheme. anyone know why cause i have NO idea!?!?? thanks!
