My sister in law moved in (temporarily) with us so she could get on her feet.?

We agreed to give her 2 months to get a job and a place of her own. But she has spent a whole lot of time looking for work, much less a place to live. Her husband threw her out and I guess she feels we are her new keepers. I feel she needs to get her out and do something besides the woe is me crap and let my wife and I live our life, in our home. Would I be wrong in telling my wife it's either me or her sister? This is the 4th time we have bailed her out and I am really tired of them thinking our house is a revolving door.
