Am I selfish if I change my daughters nannys every two months?

I am American but I live in Kuwait, working for the military.. I have a two year old daughter and I am away from her most of the day, I have nannys for her but I hate them being around her more that me so i switch up so they dont get that close to her, there are trust issues as well... What should I do?
