Can you wear more makeup if you take good care of your face?

You do not wear too much. But I would not advise wearing any more on a daily basis, even if you do have good skin. For special occasions, its o.k. to wear more make up. But if you do wear too much makeup, you may look a little slutty. I understand not being able to tell how much make-up is too much. I am 14 also. I find that the best way to tell is to ask friends who see you a lot of the time. Sometimes they have really good opinions that can help you a lot.
