Have we ever actually had a good president?

I mean , look at the past 100 years , FDR knew about pearl harbor before it happened and yet he did nothing to stop if . Harry S. Truman was a jerk who couldn't stand it when reporters told him his daughter couldn't sing . Eisenhower stared many government organizations that are invading peoples privacy everyday , Kennedy was ociated with the mafia , Lyndon Johnson was a complete jerk who got us in to Vietnam for no reason , Nixon was a lier who would have been impeached had he not quit , Gerald ford pardoned Nixon when we knew he was a criminal , jimmy carter was a good guy but was a horrible president in times that were similar to now , Regan refused to help poor people and felt they were responsible for it themselves , he also gave immigrants amnesty which is the problem of today , bush Sr. got us into a war and lied about raising taxes , Clinton sold secrets to the Chinese and we all know about Monica , and do i even have to mention George bush ....
