Is country music anti-black? Interracial relationships cannot happen..?

In this day and age where different types of music crosses boundaries as it has with country music crossing over into pop music, I doubt country music is very racist at all these days, look at Darius Rucker (Hootie and the Blowfish), he is black and is very successful in that genre. I think it's that there just aren't that many blacks interested in doing country music because of stereo types and very little exposure to that type of music.
