Why can't global warming 'skeptics' prove their case in court?

If we apply Occam's razor, the reason is that the 'skeptic' coalition lost is that they have no case based on evidence. However, I would be willing to make a small wager (pint of beer) with the questioner. If some YA 'skeptic' claims that the judges were bought off by Al Gore or that the judges are part of some nefarious liberal conspiracy, you owe me one. If they don't I owe you one. Winner collects if and when both parties attend the same event (conference).
