Painful joints?

hi im 17 years old and i haven been having painfull joint i had also got a lump on the side of my neck a few weeks ago still hasnt gone completly however it has gotten smaller i am a smoker and i later got a rash all over my body which has now gone down i have been havig painful joints whihc worry me any advise ?
