What can I do to make my dream comes true?

I'm a Malaysian. Since I like to sing, hence I wish to be a trainee of SM Entertainment. But I don't know whether I have a good vocal. In addition, I don't know Korean. I only can sing English, Cantonese, and Mandarin songs. So, what can I do to make my dream comes true?
