Will a 7.9 magnitude California quake qualify as a Man Made Disaster as defined by Obamas Appeasement Czars?

Its a little suspicious that there has been two really strong quakes just 6,500 miles apart hours apart.Hmm?Has beck caught on to this one yet?Maybe this is the new wave of terror ,triggering quakes in the major Fault lines?
